The Tennis Fitness Academy (TFA) packages are a step up from our online tennis strength and conditioning programs. This form of programming and structure is for players who need more specific and individualised - support, programming, guidance and exclusive 1 on 1 attention. If you are pursuing a college or professional pathway, this is for you.
What Program is right for me?
- Basic 10 week Program - This is the next level up from our online programs. Players that need a short individualised tennis specific program. It is open to players of all ages. This is a good starting point for any player.
- Standard 20 week Program - This package is for players who are committed and play tennis seriously (State, National, International). It's for players that want a more individualised program, taking into consideration any previous weakness or injuries. It is open to players of all ages.
- Advanced 52 week Program - For the high level or aspiring high level player. You will be following a system that professional players use. It is open to players of all ages. This has everything you need from tournament planning, nutritional advice and player mentoring. This program gives you more 1 on 1 attention. This is an ongoing monthly system. It is for players who have a long term plan.
