Once you enrol in the Social Tennis Fitness and Conditioning Program, you will receive a training workout for 12 weeks. The program is a periodised program broken up into 3 phases (each phase 4 weeks duration). Or if you want to work on an area of weakness eg footwork. Strength On Court Level 1

Step by step exercises to develop strength through the shoulder, back and chest muscles to facilitate power and control. These exercises will improve leg strength and power, vital for competing players, and also challenge hip, knee and ankle stabilising muscles.

This program can be performed on court. To complete this program you will only need a resistance band.

Strength Off Court Level 1

First, watch the video. Then we’ll show you exercises to give stability to your shoulder girdle, boosting your shot power and control.

Injury prevention is paramount again and we’ll run through exercises to eliminate any imbalances.

Due to tennis being predominantly a uni lateral loaded sport. We educate you on the proper exercises to perform to eliminate any imbalances, which will help reduce future career ending injuries.

What equipment do I need for this program?

All you will need is a resistance band, dumbbells & a foam roller. If wanted a stretch/yoga mat could come in handy.

Im only new to tennis can I still do this program?
