What's Included In The Progam...
LEVEL 1 – Strength & Core Development (Foundations)
Learn SAFE, specific exercises for young tennis players to help develop foundational strength through the entire body. Level 1 builds up strength using our purpose-designed isometric exercises.
LEVEL 2 – Strength & Core Development (Progression)
Level 2 will build on the Level 1 strength and stability foundation. By increasing the intensity and progressing the exercises the results will be clear. These are the safest and most effective exercises for young players.
LEVEL 3 – Strength & Core Development (Advanced)
This progression of the programs is where we see the big gains. Level 3 is all about building on the foundational movements. Introducing weight and increasing intensity, you will feel stronger and more powerful. As the exercises become more complexed and tennis specific, players will feel themselves transforming into better tennis athletes.
Mobility & Injury Prevention
This program will increase mobility in your joints & also stretch out muscles. It will help prevent injury due to tightness and reduced range of motion. Doing this is a must for any young player.
