Are you a young player that wants to learn how to train the correct way for tennis?
Do any of these sound familiar?
I don't know what training to do?
I will get injured without the right advice.
I need more power and speed on court?
I run out of energy & have bad endurance.
I am slow around the court, especially acceleration.
"From over 20 years of experience working with young tennis players at all levels, we can tell you everyone has experienced these problems, most players on a regular basis"
WHAT ARE YOU DOING WRONG?
Unfortunately, most young players get it wrong, here is why;
😟 They get the wrong advice and get injured (stop playing)
😟 They do too much or not enough (under train / overtrain).
😟 They think just playing tennis is the best approach (which can cause injuries).
😟 They don’t know what to do (so they do nothing).
😟 They do unspecific training, which can make them play worse.
😟 They have no training structure or consistency.
😟 They follow random exercises on social media, that can cause injury.
😟 They don’t focus on all facets of the game (speed, agility, strength, flexibility etc).
