You will complete a range of physical & mental tests to find your current level of resilience. This is when players get an understanding of what resilience is and where their physical & mental resilience level is at.  Comes complete with video tutorials, data record sheet and PDF.

RESILIENCE BUILDING PHASE

Weekly, you will combine mentally tough tennis exercises and tennis fitness physical training exercises. Each week you will be challenged more and more as your resilience develops. You do not need a tennis court to perform these exercises.
