Equipment list; Gym Mat, Resistance band, Medicine ball, Cones/Markers. Only some of the programs require equipment. If you do not have the required equipment, you can easily improvise. 

We have designed this program keeping in mind; time constraints, intensity levels, injury restrictions, age and physical limitations. You have the option to commit too as many sessions a week as you feel is appropriate. So you have the option to commit to what you know you can do. 

The programs are totally safe for players of all ages ranging from 12 - 60 years. 

We are here for you every step of the way. You have unlimited access to our closed facebook group (only for members). This is where you can ask us questions anytime. Don't worry if you don't have facebook you can also ask a question within the program you are on and hit send. Someone will respond to you within 24hrs (at the latest).  We want to make sure you are supported every step of the way. 

Yes, 100%, we designed these programs to work for individuals and small groups (2-4 players) However due to the fact they are designed for small areas, you will need to manage it well. 

We saw a need for players with limited time and space, that still want to train. This program is best utilised by those individuals - House bound, limited space, winter season and tournaments (hotel accomodation)
