Welcome to the Off-Court Mental Fitness Challenge

Dr. Anthony Ross (Ages 12 years and older)
Dr. Anthony Ross is a former Pepperdine All-American, Wimbledon competitor, and now tennis specific psychologist. Over the last 15 years Dr. Ross has consulted to players of all standards and ages including World Junior # 1’s (several have gone on to become Top 100 ATP/WTA pros including a Grand Slam singles champion); National High School and NCAA championship winning teams and coaches; professionals winning ATP/WTA titles; as well as national organisations. He currently consults to Tennis Australia Canberra Academy, North Carolina Men’s Tennis, SotoTennis Academy in Spain, and PJ Tennis Academy in Thailand.

Pat Flynn (Ages 7-11 years)
Pat is a former professional player reaching a career high ATP world ranking of 390. Upon retirement Pat coached both on the professional tour and for Tennis Australia. More recently, his love of the game drew him back to competing, resulting in him becoming the Australian 50+ Seniors Champion and, at the age of 48, he became one of the oldest players in the world to qualify for a Pro Tour Event. As a Mentally Tough Tennis Certified Consultant Pat works with players over all standards and ages including Top 100 ATP players, as well as Voyager Academy in Sydney, Brisbane Boys College in Brisbane, and Applecross High School in Perth.
